Android Mail
- Open the Email app
- Then tap on the menu button
- Then tap on the menu button
- Once the menu has opened tap on settings
- Next you will see an Add Email button, tap on that.
- You will then choose to add Add New Account.
- Once in the add new account window you will enter in the email address and its password.
- If you want this email to be the default make sure the option is selected
- Then tap sign in.
- Next a box will pop up asking you to choose the account type. Select IMAP
- This will take you to the Server Setting
- Make sure the Incoming Server settings are as follows
- IMAP Server
- mail.ctitech.com
- Port
- 143
- IMAP Server
- Make sure the Incoming Server settings are as follows
- Once in the add new account window you will enter in the email address and its password.
- Make sure the Outgoing Server settings are as follows
- SMTP Server
- mail.ctitech.com
- Port
- 465
- Make sure the Authentication Required is selected
- Enter the username which can be the first part of the email address or the whole email address along with the password.
- Then tap Next
- SMTP Server
- Next the Manual Setup screen will come up
- This is where you can adjust the sync settings.
- When you have the settings how you want them tap next
- Finally the Edit Names window comes up
- Here you can name the account if you choose or leave it as the email address
- You can also change the name for outgoing mail
- This is the name people will see when you send them an email.
- Once you have made the above changes tap Done and your email will be setup.
