Adding CTI email to an Android

Android Mail

1. Open the Email app
   1. Then tap on the menu button
      
      
2. Once the menu has opened tap on settings
   1. Next you will see an Add Email button, tap on that. 

3. You will then choose to add Add New Account.
   1. Once in the add new account window you will enter in the email address and its password.
      1. If you want this email to be the default make sure the option is selected
      2. Then tap sign in.
   2. Next a box will pop up asking you to choose the account type. Select IMAP
   3. This will take you to the Server Setting
      1. Make sure the Incoming Server settings are as follows
         1. IMAP Server
            1. mail.ctitech.com
         2. Port
            1. 143 

1. Make sure the Outgoing Server settings are as follows
   1. SMTP Server
      1. mail.ctitech.com
   2. Port
      1. 465
   3. Make sure the Authentication Required is selected
   4. Enter the username which can be the first part of the email address or the whole email address along with the password.
   5. Then tap Next 

6. Next the Manual Setup screen will come up
   1. This is where you can adjust the sync settings.
   2. When you have the settings how you want them tap next 

7. Finally the Edit Names window comes up
   1. Here you can name the account if you choose or leave it as the email address
   2. You can also change the name for outgoing mail
      1. This is the name people will see when you send them an email.
   3. Once you have made the above changes tap Done and your email will be setup.
