Go to my.ctitech.com
- Enter E-mail address for web access.
- Enter Password.
- Click on Login.
Click Pay My Bill (to the right of the Account Balance)
You can now view the open Invoices.
Click on the Pay Now Button.
- Enter Card Holder’s Name
- Enter Card Number
- Enter Card Expiration Date
- Enter Card CVV Code
Amount that you are paying will be listed under the amount.
Click on button “I would like to receive an email receipt.” if you would like an email receipt.
Now click on the Submit button.
You should see the message either that a credit has been applied or payment was successful.
